1.Mnemonics
This is an eleven-page booklet (A4 size) detailing several of the well-known mnemonics used for teaching music, such as “Every Good Boy Deserves Football”. It features the well-known ones for the bass clef and treble clef, plus some others for note values, key signatures and the like.
You can download the mnemonics booklet here.
2.Treble Clef Cheat Sheet
A very straightforward, no-nonsense A4 page simply giving you all the note names in the treble clef (to three ledger lines above and three ledger lines below). No frills, no mnemonics, no cartoons. Just the answers!

3.Bass Clef Cheat Sheet
As you’ve probably already guessed, this is identical to the treble clef cheat sheet except for one thing... it’s the bass clef! Again, three ledger lines above and below, and no nonsense; just the answers.
Download the bass clef cheat sheet here.
4.Flaky Mnemonics
This one is a rather quirky thing. It’s a four-page booklet of our own invented mnemonics, designed to help you with the ledger lines above and below both clefs. It doesn’t have any continuity to it; these are just incomplete, unrelated and randomly inspired mnemonics which may help you with the ledger line notes. It also features one or two interesting facts about written music notation and the layout of the piano keyboard.

5.Major Scales
The major scale really is the starting point of music (at least Western music as we know it today). This means that the major scale is absolutely crucial in not only your playing of the piano (or any other musical instrument with the possible exception of the drum kit), but your understanding of music and how we make it. This booklet explains in detail the major scale, along with how to construct it, its history and (on the piano at least) how to play it.

6. Time Signatures
This is a six-page booklet (A4 size) giving an explanation and history of time signatures. It tells you what they mean, how they came about, and what, if any, influence they have over tempo and style. It also features some interesting facts about time signatures, such as why we write 4/4 as a letter ‘C’, and why so much church music is written in 4/2.

7. Key Signatures
This is a seventeen-page booklet (A4 size) giving an explanation of key signatures. It tells you what they mean, why they are there, and which sharps and flats are included in them. It also features some explanation of what a “key” is, with relevance to how we hear and perceive music.
